Full papers need to be uploaded on Conference Submission System. Papers will then be subject to a review (and revision) process.

Papers will be subject to two-phase review process. First, paper abstracts (maximum 1 page) will be reviewed by the conference chairs. Abstracts will be screened with respect to relevance to the Conference and appropriateness to the organized sessions. Upon abstract acceptance, authors will be invited to submit their full papers.
The second step is to submit a full paper (approximately 12 pages, 4000-6000 words). Full papers will be reviewed for scientific excellence and innovation.
Submission and review of all full papers will be handled via the Web-based Conference Management Tool. Your personal information will be used only for this conference purposes.
